I am Carol Gilbert, a freelance journalist, living and working in beautiful West Cork, Ireland.
My passion is photography, and I’m always striving to capture the unique beauty of the West Cork landscape & seascape, and local events and people, in my photographs.

All of my photographs are available to purchase - in various sizes, framed and unframed (see full details & prices on the Photo gallery page), and they make great gifts or presentation items for birthdays, Christmas, weddings etc.

I have worked as a volunteer with Fuse Youth Cafe, Skibbereen (a registered charity) for over five years - it's a great initiative for young local people, and I'm delighted to donate 25% from each and every photo that's sold from this website to help their funds.
